Minecraft Monday (Week 3)

Minecraft Monday Week 3 was the third week of Minecraft Monday. It consisted of 20 teams and 40 players, and Team 17 (Cscoop and Traves) won. Technoblade streamed the event and later made a video on it in order to not lose [PIG+] rank.

This week of Minecraft Monday introduced several new games and altered Hunger Games gameplay, changes which were widely recognized as ways to nerf Techno. The prize was also reduced from $10,000 to $5,000 for this and following weeks.

Minecraft Monday Week 3 minigames

Battle Arena	1	A game of survival, but with the border shrinking, /top, and drops landing at mid.
Bingo Hunt	1	A game where each team had to fetch the same 9 items.
Dropper	10	A game of dropper.
Hunger Games	2	A game of Hunger Games. Soup was updated so players could only eat soup every 30 seconds.
Lava Run	1	A parkour course, but with lava chasing after the players.
Parkour Race	1	A parkour course, but with a high speed level.
Spleef	3	A game of spleef.
TNT Run	5	A game of TNT run.

Game 1 (Hunger Games)

During the first round of Hunger Games, ChrisO2 was eliminated at the start of the game. However, Techno eliminated two players with iron armor and survived on one heart, allowing him to survive until the final fight, when he was eliminated by Skeppy.

AntVenom and CaptainSparklez won.

Game 2 (Spleef)

The teams played three rounds of spleef.

Game 4 (TNT Run)

The teams played five rounds of TNT run.

Game 5 (Lava Run)

During the game, although Techno completed the course first, other players earned more points for surviving longer.

Game 6 (Battle Arena)

During Battle Arena, Techno eliminated seven players and Chris eliminated one.

Technoblade and ChrisO2 won.

Game 7 (Parkour Race)

During parkour, the players all had a high speed effect, making jumping difficult. Despite this, AntVenom, Logdotzip, Bajan Canadian, Traves, and Technoblade completed the map and won.

Game 8 (Bingo Hunt)

During bingo, Techno struggled to get apples and raw fish, despite both being common drops.

Game 9 (Hunger Games)

During the second round of Hunger Games, Techno eliminated five players and ChrisO2 eliminated one.

Traves and Cscoop won.

Results

Techno and Chris placed third as a team with 1,146 points. Techno also placed first individually with 937 points, a 233-point lead on second place.
